Wine Description
Enigma Le Due Torri is a white of extraordinary complexity and aromatic depth, born from a combination of different grape varieties and winemaking techniques. The vineyards, located on gentle hills with very low yields, produce grapes of exceptional quality. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, in multiple passes, selecting only fully ripe clusters. Vertical pressing ensures purity and finesse, while fermentation and aging in barrels of different wood types create a rich and nuanced aromatic profile. Produced only in the finest vintages, it is a rare and precious wine.
